Caring for our communities. After an informal settlement on the banks of the Tembisa river, in Ward 9, was washed away by heavy floods in late February and the affected families lost everything. Following their principle of making a difference in local communities, the Peermont Community Benefit Trust (PCBT) stepped in to help.
Following a request, by officials from the City of Ekurhuleni, to assist 25 learners with school uniforms, the PCBT, a CSI initiative of Emperors Palace, approved funding and visited two schools on Tuesday, May 24 to present the children in need with uniforms.

This gesture goes a long way in helping our children forge ahead and get an education.
